With its seemingly endless variety of beers, Belgian beer culture has been recognised as UNESCO World heritage. The knowledge and tradition of brewing beer in the country I was born and raised in goes back many many centuries. Being a bit of a wild child I have however always been looking for ways to expand my horizon, which is probably the reason I became an airline pilot. This profession not only allowed me to travel the world, it also gave me insight into different (beer) cultures and traditions. 

My goal is to merge the 2 worlds together and bring you the best of both; innovation combined with knowledge and tradition.
